Getting started
An all-in-one crypto app: organise crypto in several wallets, send it to SIQO users with no SIQO fee, share it with controls, buy, sell and swap, and pay by QR abroad. Operated by Byte Digital AG, Switzerland.
Learn more: See all featuresDownload SIQO from the App Store or Google Play, sign up with your email or phone number and set a 6-digit PIN. Your first wallet is ready straight away.
Not to get started. Selling crypto needs KYC Level 1, and QR Pay and Refer & Earn withdrawals need verification too. You verify in the app through Sumsub.
Learn more: Security & KYCWallet features work wherever SIQO does. Local-currency buying and selling is live in Malaysia (MYR) and Vietnam (VND), and QR Pay works in 12 countries for every SIQO user, wherever you registered.
Learn more: QR PayYes. Free costs nothing and includes all core features. SIQO-to-SIQO transfers, moves between your wallets and deposits carry no SIQO fee. Swaps, network fees on withdrawals and some other actions cost extra, always shown before you confirm.
Including USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH and BNB, on networks such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Polygon and Tron. The deposit screen shows the full, current list.
Learn more: Wallets
Wallets
Yes. Create several Personal Wallets to keep spending, saving and business apart, each with its own name, 10-digit Wallet ID and Wallet Tag. Your plan's allowance is shown in the app.
Learn more: WalletsYour default wallet for incoming payments. It also receives the balance when you delete another wallet. Switch the role in wallet settings; move it before deleting your Primary Wallet.
The Wallet ID is a 10-digit number SIQO gives each wallet; people use it to pay you. The Wallet Tag (#) is a unique label you choose, which helps senders check they're paying the right wallet.
No. A Wallet Tag can't be changed once set, which helps prevent impersonation and payment mix-ups. You can rename a wallet any time.
No. Usernames are only for finding people, like adding a contact, a co-owner or a Shared Wallet user. To pay you, a SIQO user needs your Wallet ID or QR code, or you as a saved favourite.
A Joint Approval Wallet is a SIQO wallet with more than one owner. Transactions only go out after the required number of co-owners (or their proxies) approve them. In crypto this is often called a multisig, or multi-signature, wallet.
Learn more: Joint Approval WalletYes, if it's a Personal Wallet. Your balance moves across automatically. Converting is permanent, and you'll see a summary of anything that closes before you confirm.
Smart Jar is an automatic budgeting tool in SIQO. When a wallet's balance reaches your trigger amount, it keeps your reserved amount in the wallet and splits the rest across your other wallets by percentage.
Learn more: Smart JarYes. Archiving hides a wallet but keeps its funds and history. Deleting moves any balance to your Primary Wallet and removes Smart Jars that use it. A Joint Approval Wallet needs a zero balance and every co-owner's approval.
Transfers
Use a SIQO User Transfer: pick a Favourite, enter their Wallet ID or scan their QR code, then confirm with your passkey or PIN. There's no SIQO fee.
Learn more: Send & ReceiveNo SIQO fee for transfers to SIQO users, moves between your wallets or deposits. Withdrawals to an external address pay a network fee, shown before you confirm.
Tap Receive, choose From External, pick the asset and network, and copy your deposit address. Send only that asset on that network. Your balance updates once the blockchain confirms the transfer.
Yes. Withdraw to their wallet address, or send a Self Claim Link they claim with your passphrase. The recipient never pays, and if they claim to a SIQO wallet, your fee is refunded.
Learn more: Claim Links & Red PacketsUnclaimed funds return to your wallet automatically at expiry. A Self Claim Link lasts 12 hours to 3 days (24 hours by default); a red packet 48 hours, 3 days or 7 days. You can cancel before it's claimed.
You approve each claim before funds are released: 60 minutes by default, adjustable from 3 minutes to 48 hours. No answer in time releases the funds. Rejecting keeps the link open; funds return only if you cancel or it expires.
A red packet shares crypto among up to 100 SIQO users, split equally or at random. It's free to send, and only registered SIQO users can claim. A leaderboard shows The Luckiest and The Fastest; win both and you're MVP.
Learn more: Claim Links & Red PacketsNo, so check the Wallet ID or address first. Claim links and red packets can be cancelled before they're claimed, and the funds come back to you.
Yes. Tick "Send as anonymous" on the confirmation screen, and the recipient won't see your Wallet ID or Wallet Tag. This works for transfers to other SIQO users. You'll still see the full details in your own history.
Buy, Sell & Swap
Through our payment partners, with local options such as cards, bank transfer and e-wallets. The app shows only the methods in your country, and the price before you pay.
Learn more: Buy, Sell & SwapTap Send, then Sell. Pick the crypto and a payout method such as your bank account, and confirm with your passkey or PIN. You see the rate, fees and what you'll receive first. Selling needs KYC Level 1.
It depends on your payout method and your bank. Sells made outside working hours may take longer to arrive because of bank processing downtime.
Buying and selling with local currency is live in Malaysia (MYR) and Vietnam (VND), with more countries rolling out. Swap works in Personal Wallets. Availability can depend on your verification level, and payment and payout methods vary by market.
A service fee applies, shown with the rate and what you'll receive before you confirm. It's lower on Business and Recharge. A minimum swap amount applies; the app shows it.
Swap is crypto to crypto, for supported assets in your Personal Wallet. To turn crypto into local currency, use Sell and receive it in your bank account (Malaysia and Vietnam today).
No. Swaps use a locked real-time quote and can't be reversed once confirmed, so check the details first.
Not at the moment. SIQO wallets hold crypto. In supported countries you can buy crypto with local currency and sell crypto to your bank account, and every balance also shows its approximate value in USD.
QR Pay
QR Pay lets you pay like a local when you travel. Scan a merchant's payment QR code and pay with crypto from your SIQO wallet. We convert at checkout, and the merchant receives local currency.
Learn more: QR PayIn 12 countries across Asia, Latin America and Africa. It works for every SIQO user, wherever you registered, at merchants showing a local payment QR code.
Learn more: QR PayA SIQO account with completed KYC verification. Our payment partner may also ask for a few extra details once. We recommend verifying before you travel.
Any crypto in your SIQO wallet. You choose which one before you confirm, and the merchant still receives local currency.
Any fee is shown before you confirm, on the same screen as the rate and the total deducted. Nothing is taken until you approve.
A QR payment can't be cancelled once you confirm, so check the merchant and amount first. If something is wrong with a purchase, contact the merchant and SIQO Support.
Security & KYC
Transfers are confirmed with your passkey, or your PIN if no passkey is set. Biometrics unlock the app, optional 2FA adds a second lock, and Settings › Devices logs out any device.
Learn more: SecurityYour PIN is the 6-digit code every account has. A passkey uses your phone's face, fingerprint or screen lock, and is asked first once set up. 2FA adds a code from an authenticator app when you switch it on.
No, but it's worth turning on. 2FA adds a code from an authenticator app at sign-in and before sensitive actions, and you need it before setting up a passkey.
Two levels, completed in the app through Sumsub. • Level 1: email, phone and national ID. Unlocks core features, selling crypto and account recovery support. • Level 2: adds proof of address for higher limits. The app shows your limits.
Learn more: SecurityReset it in the app with a one-time verification code. If you're locked out, verified users can be helped back in faster, because we have a trusted way to confirm it's you.
After 5 wrong login attempts, your account locks for your protection. Contact SIQO Support to verify it's you. While confirming an action, too many wrong PIN or 2FA codes pause checks for 1 minute.
Contact SIQO Support through the Help Center as soon as you can. If you can still sign in on another device, go to Settings › Devices and choose Log out from all devices.
Each phone holds one SIQO account's passkey at a time. If someone sets up a passkey for their SIQO account on the same phone, yours is removed. Log in as usual, then set up a new one.
Fees & plans
Free includes all core features. Business is a paid plan with more room, unlimited Smart Jar auto-transfers and lower buy, sell and swap fees. Recharge is a one-month top-up. The app shows your allowance.
A one-month top-up, not a subscription. It adds extra room to your current plan, such as more wallets or Smart Jar auto-transfers. The app shows exactly what it adds.
Yes, if it's your first Business subscription: cancel within 7 days for a full refund.
From a SIQO wallet you choose as your payment wallet in the app. While a wallet is linked as your payment wallet, it can't be deleted.
A network fee on blockchain withdrawals, a service fee on swaps, a processing fee or rate markup when you buy or sell with local currency, or a Smart Jar fee. Every fee is shown before you confirm.
Refer & Earn
Share your referral code or invite link. When friends sign up with it and then make swaps or external transfers, you earn rewards. You also earn from the people they invite, up to three levels.
Learn more: Refer & EarnNo. You earn only when people in your network, up to three levels, make a swap or an external transfer.
When one is running, the app shows it once you apply a friend's code. Unlock it with your first swap or external transfer, within the time shown.
Possibly. Open Refer & Earn: if your account can still be linked to a referrer, you'll see "Got a referral code?". A code can be applied once and can't be changed.
From the rewards screen in Refer & Earn. Verify your identity (KYC) first, then choose one of your SIQO Personal Wallets. Any minimum is shown in the app.
On the Refer & Earn screen: everyone you invited, when they joined and their status, plus which friend and level each reward came from.
Account
Yes. Settings › Devices shows every active session with its device, IP address and last login. Log out any session in one tap, or all devices at once.
Learn more: SecurityNot yet. The SIQO Card is coming soon.
Yes. The Business plan gives you more room in the app, and Joint Approval Wallets let teams approve payments together. Dedicated business tools are coming soon.
Learn more: Joint Approval WalletClose your account in Settings, confirming with your PIN or a 2FA code. Closing is permanent: your balances, history and personal data are erased, and any subscription is cancelled. Withdraw your funds first.
