  • Tap Send, then Sell. Pick the crypto and a payout method such as your bank account, and confirm with your passkey or PIN. You see the rate, fees and what you'll receive first. Selling needs KYC Level 1.

  • A service fee applies, shown with the rate and what you'll receive before you confirm. It's lower on Business and Recharge. A minimum swap amount applies; the app shows it.

  • Swap is crypto to crypto, for supported assets in your Personal Wallet. To turn crypto into local currency, use Sell and receive it in your bank account (Malaysia and Vietnam today).

  • No. Swaps use a locked real-time quote and can't be reversed once confirmed, so check the details first.
